The Vendor is required to provide to better understand the capabilities of platforms that offer comprehensive security awareness and role-based training.
- Interested in features related to phishing simulations, risk scoring, and reporting/analytics for compliance, including executive dashboards.
- We would like to know about integration options with Microsoft 365, Google, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems, ServiceNow, and Workday Learning.
- Increase end-user knowledge of security threats, risks, and responses to security scenarios, including those that are unique to their roles within organizations
- Change and improve end-user security behavior and habits
- Provide security staff and management with assessments of the organization’s security vulnerability at the end-user level and tools to remediate threats
