Security Assessment Services

The Vendor is required to provide facilities security assessment to evaluate the effectiveness of existing physical security measures and identify vulnerabilities that could impact the safety of personnel, visitors, critical infrastructure, and municipal operations.
- The assessment will identify gaps, prioritize risks, and provide recommendations to enhance safety, operational resilience, emergency preparedness, and continuity of services.

• Assess current physical and operational security measures
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks
• Evaluate compliance with applicable standards and policies
• Provide actionable recommendations to mitigate identified risks
• Prioritize improvements based on risk level and impact
- Assessment:
• City stakeholders will be engaged through meetings, and onsite visits and detailed walkthroughs will be conducted to develop a comprehensive understanding of current conditions.
• The assessment will include an analysis of threat actors, examining their characteristics, enablers, geographic and demographic patterns, motivations, potential methods of action, and relevant trends.
• Existing physical and technological security measures will be evaluated, along with current security policies and protocols.
• Security and law enforcement staffing will also be reviewed, including coverage, training, and response capabilities.
