Security Services

The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive, professional security services for designated City facilities, including continuous staffing, access control, patrolling, incident reporting, and emergency response.
- Provide professional security services to City personnel, visitors, property, and assets during regular hours, after-hours, weekends, and special events.
- Four (4) Security Officers on duty during designated business hours.
- Ensure all assigned personnel perform the following duties:
• Provide information, assistance, and directions to visitors and the public.
• Prevent loss, damage, theft, and unauthorized use of City property.
• Monitor the safety and security of all assigned locations.
• Perform wanding, pat-downs, and visitor searches when required by City protocols.
• Operate and monitor metal detectors in compliance with City standards.
• Respond promptly to routine and emergency situations.
• Identify, document, and report unusual incidents, safety hazards, or suspicious activity.
• Deter loitering or unauthorized presence in or around City facilities.
• Escort visitors to and from designated areas when requested.
• Conduct interior and exterior patrols, including perimeter checks.
• Monitor surveillance systems and report irregularities.
• Perform additional duties as mutually agreed upon in writing by the City and Contractor.

• Adhere to all City security protocols, post orders, and operational procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, patrols, and visitor interactions.
• Provide staffing sufficient to meet all contractual requirements with no gaps in service.
• Ensure personnel are trained, licensed, and qualified to perform assigned duties.
