School Crossing Guard Services

The Vendor is required to provide school crossing guard services at designated intersections within the city.
- Provide trained, certified, supervised, and properly equipped school crossing guards for the full school year, in accordance with the county school board calendar.
- Responsible for staffing, supervision, scheduling, replacement personnel, training, payroll, required equipment, uniforms, and related administrative support necessary to ensure consistent daily coverage.
- Equipment and Uniform
• Reflective vest
• Gloves
• Whistle
• Stop paddle
• Uniform consisting of a white uniform shirt and black pants or shorts
• Company photo identification badge
• Traffic cones
- Ensure that each assigned post is staffed during the required morning and afternoon crossing periods. In the event of a planned or unplanned absence, the Contractor shall provide a qualified, trained replacement.
