Security Services

The Vendor is required to provide security services include, but are not limited to, the provision of security guard staffing during operating hours of the former station.
- Guard duties
• Check the team up calendar daily to view authorized visitors and organizations that will arrive that day.
• Guards will also have autonomous vehicle tester’s sign in and out using the iPad based envoy application.
• Visitors with radios for communication while on site. Collect the radios when visitors depart.
• Notify department if any unauthorized person enters the site, as well as any other suspicious or illicit activity.
• Write incident reports for any incidents that occur on site.
• Alert visitors regarding any potential emergency.
• Keep navy and next generation mobility notified of any issues.
• Conduct a patrol of the site in the morning to check for trespassers.
• The guard shack at each entrance will have a company provided cell phone.
• The phone number will be posted on clearly visible signage at each entrance.
• Deny access to any hazmat deliveries and contact if a delivery is attempted.
• Other security related duties as may be requested by the city, or next generation mobility.
