Managed Cybersecurity Services

The Vendor is required managed cybersecurity services
• Provide a centrally managed MFA platform that provides policy-based authentication, support for multiple factors, administration, monitoring, and reporting for all subscribed Customers
• Managed MFA Services shall provide authentication and administrative audit logs which shall include the following metrics at a minimum:
• Successful and failed authentication attempts;
• Enrollment events;
• Recovery events; and,
• Policy or administrative changes
• Managed IRR Service provides Customers with on-demand access to expert incident response capabilities to prepare for, investigate, contain, and recover from cybersecurity incidents.
• Comprehensive MAPS Services and Features to reduce phishing and social engineering risk through user centric detection, reporting, analysis, and response to strengthen Customers overall security posture; Contractor shall provide end-to-end Service enablement, including provisioning, configuration, and integration of the service into the Customer’s approved environment. The Contractor will coordinate with the Customer to collect requirements, deploy and validate the service, and confirm successful operation through testing and verification. As part of onboarding, the Contractor will deliver administrative and user training materials, along with documentation outlining reporting tools and escalation procedures.
• Managed EDR Services and Features that deliver 24x7x365 monitoring, detection, and automated or guided response to threats occurring on endpoint devices. The Contractor’s Managed EDR Service shall include full provisioning, configuration, and onboarding of endpoint agents across supported Customer devices; technical support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis; conducts regular testing, optimization, and tuning of detection logic; and validates performance against defined Service Objectives. The Contractor shall also provide Customer training and knowledge transfer for dashboard usage, alert handling, and monthly reporting, governance participation, and access to required audit and performance documentation.
