Security and Access Control Maintenance and Support

The Vendor is required maintenance, repair, parts replacement, and technical support for the city’s existing velocity security and access control systems, along with all associated physical security infrastructure.
• Also provide and integrate new security or access control components into the current system on an as-needed basis.
• These systems remain the backbone of facility access and operational security. To ensure continuity of service and maintain operational readiness, the City requires a Contractor capable of providing consistent maintenance, ad hoc repairs, and replacement parts. This support will help bridge the period before the city transitions to a more flexible, hardware-agnostic access control solution.
