Security Guard Services

The Vendor is required security guard services at other locations as needed.
• Provide emergency security during any crisis situation such as, but not limited to, a building lockdown or building evacuation. Provide proper support to any law enforcement agency as needed and/or requested.
• Security Guards may be asked to attend the annual in-service training day with mutual agreement by the parties hereto. Determination of staff that are asked to attend the training to impart essential information/skills shall be made by the Contractor. Attendance of training shall be at no additional cost to the Owner.
• Security staff shall allow Owner input in establishing the frequency of performing rounds within the building and around the perimeter throughout the duration of the shift.
• Actively participate in quarterly contract performance meetings and other meetings as requested by the Owner’s staff examining the effectiveness of services being provided. Be responsive to making necessary procedural changes and/or take corrective action to enhance performance for areas identified as problematic and/or needing improvement.
