- This includes ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of critical health information and technology systems across a complex and highly regulated environment.
- 24x7x365 security monitoring, including continuous monitoring of HSS security telemetry across all agreed log sources, tools, sensors, and HSS-owned technologies. Services shall include alert triage, incident investigation, threat intelligence correlation, escalation management, threat hunting, and incident response support in accordance with HSS-defined processes, playbooks, and service levels.
