Temporary Security Services

Temporary Security Services for the City on an as-needed basis throughout the contract term. Services will primarily support Parks and Recreation aquatic facilities and special events held at various park locations.
- Security services shall include, but are not limited to:
• Providing uniformed security personnel to conduct foot patrols of assigned areas
• Maintaining a visible presence to deter criminal activity and ensure public safety
• Monitoring facilities, patrons, and surrounding areas for safety and security concerns
• Responding to incidents and coordinating with City staff and local law enforcement as necessary
• Enforcing facility rules and assisting with crowd management during events
• Providing general customer service and assistance to the public when needed
- Staffing and Personnel Requirements:
• Be properly licensed in accordance with applicabale state and local regulations Successfully pass background checks prior to assignment
• Be trained in de-escalation techniques and customer interaction
• Possess firearms certification, if applicable, signed by the city Chief of Police
