- Case manager to provide case management for the county parent participants.
- Case management will include daily communication between the case manager and county team members, including court personnel, and the parents; it will also include managing information and working with entities that provide services to the child (ren) involved in the abuse/neglect case.
- Ability to provide case management services county-wide to include coordination of drug screenings; support of parents and team to access treatment; track and document individual and family treatment progress; support participating parents in completing court assigned tasks; and maintain regular data collection on case information for entire family.
- The case manager and supervising entity may provide some treatment services, depending on skill and training of the case manager and the needs of the county parents, including assessed management levels of care.
- The case manager will be responsible for ensuring ethical, appropriate referrals.
