The vendor required to provide municipal justice (v9) case management system (CMS) and must include one or more modules to support court operations and case management.

•    Juvenile case handling with confidentiality controls, program tracking, and compliance with state juvenile processes 
•    Reporting capabilities, including automated state reporting configurable operational and financial reports
•    Financial processing, including cash and non-cash payment processing, reconciliation, and export and upload to city financial systems 
•    Access permissions for judicial, prosecutorial, clerical roles; nine (9) external filing agency read-only profiles; and audit logging 
•    Public portal with secure online case lookup and self-service options 
•    Warrant functionality including issuance, recall, status tracking; and bi-directional sharing with regional law enforcement databases
•    Jury module with jury wheel import and creation; summons generation; juror management, and courtroom handling 
•    Electronic signatures including the ability to capture and securely store multiple signatures 
•    Electronic workflows with routing and action queues forms management with the ability to create and customize forms as needed, including merge capability 
•    Integration with pro-phoenix, Tyler technologies, and e-ticketing systems
