• Access permissions for judicial, prosecutorial, clerical roles; nine (9) external filing agency read-only profiles; and audit logging
• Public portal with secure online case lookup and self-service options
• Warrant functionality including issuance, recall, status tracking; and bi-directional sharing with regional law enforcement databases
• Jury module with jury wheel import and creation; summons generation; juror management, and courtroom handling
• Electronic signatures including the ability to capture and securely store multiple signatures
• Electronic workflows with routing and action queues forms management with the ability to create and customize forms as needed, including merge capability
• Integration with pro-phoenix, Tyler technologies, and e-ticketing systems
