Reentry and Case Management Services

The vendor required to provide reentry and case management services program will deliver a comprehensive range of reentry-focused, psychoeducational programmatic and case management supports across the continuum of care within the department.
- Programming areas may include, but are not limited to:
•    Reentry planning and transition support
•    Risk assessment and case planning
•    Anger management and conflict resolution
•    Cognitive behavioral therapy 
•    Moral resonation therapy
•    Life skills and psychoeducation groups
•    Substance use disorder treatment (SUD).
