The Vendor is required to provide outpatient addictions treatment and case management services to agency.
- Sufficient space to accommodate treatment groups of up to twenty-five (25) participants.
- Separate, secure, private office for counselor/case manager to conduct individual sessions.
- A space suitable for a small, locked refrigerator that will be used only to store drug screening urine samples.
- A restroom facility suitable for observing and collecting urine samples from participants for the purpose of conducting drug screens.
- The Consultant shall actively participate in weekly staffing, pre-hearings, hearings, team meetings and steering committee meetings.
- The Consultant shall facilitate addictions outpatient group counseling sessions with program participants on days and times that are most conducive to successful completion of the program, including evenings and weekends.
- The Consultant shall make available individual counseling sessions to program participants as often and as frequently as the treatment clinician and/or the drug court team deems appropriate.
- The Consultant shall offer family involvement sessions to program participants and their families or significant others in such a way that encourages frequent and consistent participation.
- Sessions may need to be held in the evenings and/or on weekends.
- Services may include, but shall not be limited to, evidenced based treatment modalities, cognitive behavioral approaches, motivational enhancement therapy, motivational interviewing, anger management, assessments, individual sessions, group sessions, family counseling, life-skills classes, alcohol and other drug screenings, individualized written treatment plans, support groups, ancillary services, mental health referrals, peer led treatment activities, and continuing care plans.
