COVID Ninteen Testing Services

The vendor is required to provide that supply high quality laboratory services for covid-19 testing to monitors and/or facility designee notify the contractor to schedule a pickup at the facility.
•Specimen collection services at the regional institute for children and adolescents’ location(s) for employees for the detection of active sars-cov-2 infection rt PCR using specific nucleic acids in nasal swabs.
•Secure courier service for specimen collection from the regional institute for children and adolescents’ locations to vendor laboratory
•Analysis of covid-19 testing kits for up to 600 individual tests across 2 locations for the duration of the contract period.
•Hours of operations: regional institute for children and regional - pick up availability is 24/7, including holidays.

•Testing results will be provided to the contract monitor or their designee(s) via email or contractor/vendors provided internet portal.
•Results reporting shall be with a turn-around time from testing of 24-48 hours, not to exceed 72 hours.
•In a situation where a repeated specimen test is inconclusive, the specimen must be cancelled and recollected.
•The laboratory must be licensed by the state and federal government to perform clinical laboratory tests and meet all requirements to perform high complexity tests with its validated taqpath sars-cov-2 protocol.
•The laboratory must be able to provide proof of licensure.
•All testing drives must be performed in accordance with the current CDC and md guidelines for social distancing and prevention of acquired covid-19 infection in a public/health setting. additionally, all testing must be performed by appropriately qualified medical professionals.
•The designated contract monitors as well as to the health department of state in compliance with for the handling of protected health information (phi).
