The Vendor is required to provide vaccination services to support community-based initiatives, including mobile clinics, health fairs, pop-up clinics, and targeted outreach events.
- Locations may be remote, on or off the road system, and include mobile clinics and/or vaccination services.
- Vaccination will be made available to all individuals who seek it at the established vaccination sites at no cost to the patient.
- Health suggests that offerors propose how they can provide services through rapidly deployable strike teams, fixed vaccination locations, or high-volume vaccination services such as PODs.
- Personnel, clinical services, and operational support to establish and operate Points of Dispensing (PODs) for vaccine administration during a declared or emerging public health emergency, as directed by the State
- Services shall include:
• Administration of vaccines in accordance with state protocols
• Establishment, operation, and deactivation of POD sites, including mobile operations
• Implementation of POD workflow (triage, registration, vaccination, observation, forms collection)
• Use of department-provided forms, standing orders, and incident-specific materials
• Culturally responsive communication, including among state Native populations
• Documentation and reporting per department requirements
