Court Reporting Services

The Vendor is required to provide court reporting services.
- Appearance fee/sitting fee daily rate (in-person) - flat fee charged for each day of in-person court reporting.
- Hourly rate (in-person or remote) - (Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) - hourly fee charged for in-person or remote court reporting
- Hourly rate (in-person or remote) - (Monday through Friday before 8:00 a.m. and after 6:00 p.m., Saturday or Sunday, and on observed state holidays) - hourly fee charged for in-person or remote court reporting.
- Hourly rate (in-person or remote) - (Monday through Friday before 8:00 a.m. and after 6:00 p.m., Saturday or Sunday, and on observed state holidays) - hourly fee charged for in-person or remote court reporting.
- Late cancellation fee - flat fee charged for late cancellation for court reporting engagements if the engagement is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled engagement. 
- This should be a flat fee inclusive of all costs per cancellation.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
