Court Reporting Services

The Vendor is required to provide court reporting for hearings at the office hearings, depositions throughout the state, and other services for legal procedures.
- Case proceedings before the office hearings and conducts depositions for these cases.
- Services will be requested on an as-needed basis and there are no guaranteed minimum or maximums.
- The reporter must work cooperatively with the agency legal administrative staff and attorneys.
- In performing his/her duties, the reporter shall travel to the destination where the services will take place. 
- Travel expenses within the work must be included in the fee and cannot be billed separately. 
- Any travel for activities outside the normal work must be approved in advance by the tea in writing to receive reimbursement. 
- Any reimbursement for travel expenditures will be at state approved rates in accordance with state travel regulations.
- The reporter must arrive at the destination of the proceeding no later than twenty (20) minutes prior to the scheduled time for the proceeding. 
- The reporter must have all equipment completely set up and must be ready to begin work at the time the proceeding is scheduled to start.
- The reporter must provide, at reporter’s cost, all supplies necessary for reporting a proceeding, including, but not limited to, sufficient audiotapes, tape recorders, microphones, extension cords and machinery.
- In the case of daily transcript delivery, the reporter may require one week’s prior notice of the proceeding, which will require such daily delivery.
- Reporter may charge a daily reporting fee per day for proceedings which run from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and half-day sessions running from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Unless prior notice is given to the reporter at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled proceeding, the reporter may charge the agreed-upon daily reporting fee to tea if a proceeding is canceled.
