Court Reporter Services

The Vendor is required to provide court reporter services for all division and program areas of the department. 
- Court reporter services include, but are not limited to, appearances at hearings, depositions, or board meetings, transcript preparation, transcript certification, delivery of transcripts, and miscellaneous services (e.g., postage, notarization, etc.).
- The court reporter or court reporters provided by the Contractor under this contract shall maintain a license to perform court reporter services in the State for the duration of this contract.
- The court reporter or court reporters performing services under this Contract shall use the sample reporter’s certificate for depositions and/or court hearings

- Contract Period/Term: 5 years
