Court Reporter Services

The vendor required to provide court reporter services to other clients, preferably with experience in providing this service to other government entities.
- Proposed solution must address the following requirements:
•    Reporters must be certified shorthand reporter (CSR) through the court reporters board of state 
•    Facilities, equipment, resources for assigned staff to perform services 
•    Ability to provide real time videography, interpreters, online transcripts, video streaming, live depositions 
•    Cost proposal and fee structure
•    Available as needed 
•    Ability to conduct services remotely 
•    Demonstrate ability to provide timely, accurate, and next-day service 
•    Provide transcripts and reproduction capacity 
•    For electronic solutions or online web-based services, proposed solution shall include two training sessions for city of staff.
