Court Reporting Services

The vendor required to provide court reporting services for include:
1. Weekday and overtime hours
•    Half-day – 0 – 4 hrs. (time begins when court reporter arrives at location)
•    All day – 4.1 – 8 hrs. (time begins when court reporter arrives at location)
•    Weekday hours 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
•    Overtime rates – before 8:00 a.m. and after 5:00 p.m. (per hour)
•    Overtime rates – federal holidays and weekends – federal holidays and Saturday and Sunday (per hour)
2. Hearing and depositions fees
•    Must include any equipment set up fees in half day and all-day pricing.
