Reporting Services

The Vendor is required to provide reporting services assistance in preparing and mailing of IRS form1098-t for the state -operated campuses. 
- Prime contractor who will provide services including, but not limited to:
•    Exchanging electronic data files
•    Manipulating, and reporting data
•    Producing and mailing or sending electronically internal revenue service (IRS) form1098-t to students
•    Generating and submitting IRS form 1098-t in electronic format to the IRS
•    Managing post-IRS reporting issues
•    Maintaining a website for additions, updates, and deletions
•    Providing electronic error lists
•    Provide a “user” handbook
•    Provide phone and email support 
•    Provide a detailed timeline of events on or about October 1 that includes key vendor processing dates and identifies when the vendors system will not be available 
•    Provide students with the ability to view and print their 1098-t.
