Court Reporting Services

The Vendor is required to provide requires court reporting services.
- Items:
• Appearance Fee/Sitting Fee Daily Rate (In-Person) - flat fee charged for each day of in-person court reporting.
• Hourly Rate (In-Person or Remote) - (Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.) - hourly fee charged for in-person or remote court reporting.
• Hourly Rate (In-Person or Remote) - (Monday through Friday before 8:00 a.m. and after 6:00 p.m., Saturday or Sunday, and on observed State holidays) - hourly fee charged for in-person or remote court reporting.
• Transcripts - price per page charged for transcripts delivered within 14 days for a certified, verbatim transcription electronic and/or hard copy within the specified turnaround time, including postage and travel/delivery expenses.
• Late Cancellation Fee - flat fee charged for late cancellation for court reporting engagements if the engagement is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled engagement. This should be a flat fee inclusive of all costs per cancellation.
