Court Reporting and Deposition Services

The Vendor is required to provide for court reporting and deposition services.
- Services
o Reporting Services - Contractor shall be paid hourly for reporting services at the rate set forth on Quote Form. Contractor will not be paid for travel time.
o Real-Time Reporting Services - Contractor shall be paid an additional hourly fee for real-time reporting.
o Transcription Services - Contractor shall be paid per page only, at the per page rate set forth on Quote Form.
o Videography - Contractor shall be paid hourly for reporting services at the rate set forth on Quote Form. Contractor will not be paid for travel time.
o Interpreter Services - If Contractor has access to scheduling interpreter services, Contractor may be requested to schedule interpreter for time of reporting.
- Contractor shall record and transcribe proceedings. Transcript shall contain no less than 54 characters per line. Contractor shall be capable of electronically transmitting rough drafts, as requested. If ordered by agency, Contractor shall provide agency with an original and a mini transcript.
- Must use computer hardware and software capable of transmitting real-time data.
- Provide a color photographic image of the deponent with the transcript, unless the deponent affirmatively declines to be photographed. Printed photograph of deponent is to be included on the cover of the deposition transcript. If a digital camera is used, it will be required to utilize a minimum of five megapixels.
