The Vendor is required to provide for the acquisition of court reporting, stenographic services.
- Stenographic services are utilized by various departments to produce verbatim, certified transcripts of public meetings, city council sessions, zoning board hearings, and labor arbitrations.
- These services guarantee precise public records, assist in adhering to legal requirements, and frequently offer live-event Communication Access Real-Time Translation (CART) to enhance accessibility.
- All Transcripts must be delivered within two (2) weeks of hearings.
