The Vendor is required to provide telephonic stenographic services from non-Workers’ Compensation Board (WCB) employees for depositions ordered by the WCB.
- In-person stenographic services may be required on an ad-hoc basis.
- Provide telephonic deposition reporting stenographically. Depositions must be stenographically recorded and transcribed through mechanical or electronic keyboard-operated typing devices by a human.
- Backup audio recording equipment shall be operating at all times while proceedings are being reported. Every word spoken during a deposition or meeting must be transcribed by the Stenographer, unless designated specifically as “off the record” by all representatives.
- Depositions will be conducted telephonically without the need for in-person presence of the stenographer.
- Staffing:
• Provide a breakdown of the managerial and supervisory teams including their assigned tasks.
• Provide escalation procedures for when an issue arises.
• Provide the number of stenographers available simultaneously to agency.
• Please provide the average number of years of experience your stenographic staff has.
