Court Reporter Services

The Vendor is required to provide court reporting firms experienced in both certified court reporting and transcription services who can provide these services for the administrative hearings conducted by department which are held pursuant to Chapter 119 of the state Revised Code.
- Certified court reporting and transcription services for these hearings which include the following:
• Attendance at Chapter 119 administrative hearings held either via teams or in person;
• Transcription of that hearing; and
• Provide one electronic copy via email to department of the hearing’s transcript for its records.
