The vendor is required to provide debt collection services for include:
• Follow all legal processes for collection of owed debt on behalf of FRH.
• Skip landlord& tenant location services – identify landlords or tenants in arrears who have been difficult to locate.
• Debt dispute resolution – handle landlord and tenant disputes regarding outstanding balances.
• Legal action support – collaborate with attorneys to escalate severe cases to court.
• Court judgment enforcement – assist in wage garnishment, liens, or asset recovery after a legal ruling.
- Accepted pricing formats:
• Contingency-based collection – charge a percentage of successfully recovered debts (e.g., 15- 40%).
• Flat-fee service – offer fixed-price collection packages.
• Retainer-based agreements – provide ongoing collection services for housing agencies.
