Traffic Data Collection Processing and Management Services

The vendor is required to provide for on-line traffic data collection, processing and management to include managing requests for traffic data, producing traffic data report and facilitating project management.
- On-line platform that is compatible with department-owned scout video collection units.
- The on-line platform can perform the following functions:
• Export data in standard formats including.csv, pdf, JCD, USTDF, prn, f2, ppd. 
• Create projects and organize data, reports, and video to easily track projects and budgets. 
• Store project files such as contracts, diagrams, and traffic data from other sources into a consolidated traffic database. 
• Plot study locations completed for a geographical perspective of the data collection projects. 
• Share data files and video recordings through established portal.
- Be responsible for the following studies:
• Traffic study types.
• Pedestrian reports.
• Speed reports.
• Vehicle classifications.
