Shredding Services

The vendor is required to provide shredding company to securely destroy documents at a reasonable cost and provide regularly scheduled on-site document shredding services and document purging.
- Shredding services include the following:
•    Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly service of consoles of various sizes below.
o    (24) gallon
o    (32) gallon
o    (64) gallon
o    (96) gallon
•    Document purges
•    Destructions including:
o    Hard drives
o    Backup tapes
o    Audio cd's video cassettes
o    Computer parts
o    Additional items as needed.
•    Large public shredding events
•    Shredding must be done on-site, and a certificate of destruction shall be provided for each department.
