The Vendor is required to provide all services, labor, materials, and equipment necessary for professional services for the shredding services.
- On Site Destruction of paper, cardstock, and similar material. The material may contain staples, paperclips, binder clips, or other accessories. The Contractor must have a representative witness the destruction of all material.
- Provide 15 containers with a capacity of 65 gallons (or similar size) to be distributed as shown below, picked up, emptied, and returned to their location on the site on a weekly basis.
- Each container will be locked, with an opening to insert material. A master key for the lock system shall be provided to the County in the event a container needs to be opened by the County to retrieve an item that is disposed of in error.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
