1. Destruction services
• On-site destruction: the contractor shall perform on-site mobile shredding of paper, cardstock, and similar materials.
• Witnessed destruction: the contractor shall allow authority personnel to observe destruction upon request.
• The contractor’s operator may serve as a designated witness and must certify that destruction has occurred.
