The Vendor is required to provide shredding services for the financial management and accounts payable departments.
- The secure on-site shredding and destruction of confidential documents in compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations.

1. Compliance standards:
•    Adherence to the health insurance portability and accountability act (HIPAA) for the protection of sensitive health information.
•    Compliance with the fair and accurate credit transactions act (FACTA) for the disposal of consumer information.
•    Conformance with the general data protection regulation (GDPR) for the handling of personal data.
•    Adherence to the national association for information destruction (NAID) AAA certification standards.
2. Shredding process:
•    On-site shredding services to ensure immediate destruction of documents.
•    Cross-cut shredding method to ensure documents are rendered unreadable and irrecoverable.
•    Provision of secure, locked containers for document collection.
•    Regularly scheduled shredding services, with the option for additional on-demand services.
