Shredding Services

The Vendor is required to provide shredding services for include:
•    Secure collection and storage of documents using locked bins and consoles.
•    On-site and off-site shredding services.
•    Secure transport of materials in compliance with criminal justice information (CJIS) data handling requirements.
•    Maintenance of a documented chain-of-custody from pickup through destruction.
•    Issuance of a certificate of destruction for each service performed.
•    Scheduled and on-demand shredding services, as required.
•    Secure handling and destruction of all materials containing CJI and confidential court records.
