The Vendor is required to provide on-site and off-site document shredding services. - Option plan: 1. One-site shredding: • Provide secure bins and containers and perform shredding at the designated location as directed by the records management manager or designee. • Complete all documentation required by the district records management manager or designee identifying materials designated for destruction. 2. Off-site shredding: • Provide collection, transportation, and off-site destruction of designated materials at a secure facility. • Maintain a documentation identifying the following: o Materials collected o Date of destruction o Method of destruction - Schedule of service: • Provide a minimum of two (2) business days per month dedicated exclusively to on-site shredding services. • All service dates must be coordinated with and approved by district records management manager or designee at least a month in advance. • Provide notice outlining their standard turnaround times for service completion. - Annual shredding service: • Provide one (1) large-scale annual shredding event with a minimum capacity of 500 boxes per event. • Coordinate with district records management department to establish the necessary time for service preparation.
