The Vendor is required to provide on-site shredding services districtwide.
1. Container requirements:
• Lockable 65 gallon-sized containers
• 1-4 containers per site based on volumes
• Scheduled weekly service
2. Materials to be shredded:
• Paper documents (files, folders)
• Media (CDS, DVDs, hard drives, USD devices)
3. Destruction standards:
• Cross-cut or micro-cut shredding meeting industry standards and FERPA/HIPAA regulations
• Complete destruction ensuring materials cannot be reconstructed
• Shredding must occur on-site in the parking lots outside of the building being serviced.
