Secure Shredding Services

The Vendor is required to provide secure shredding services, including bulk, on-site, and off-site destruction of paper documents, hard drives, and other media.
- Service providers must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing data protection and secure destruction.
- On-site document destruction pricing will be on a per secure bin pickup basis, by bin size, and bins will be provided free of charge.
- The destruction price for off-site and bulk will be on a flat rate “per box” basis.
- Boxes will generally be standard document storage boxes as described later in this section.
