The Vendor is required to provide secure, onsite document destruction and shredding services on an as-needed basis for the city's records management division and other authorized departments.
- Secure destruction of confidential and non-confidential records in accordance with applicable records retention requirements, industry standards, and information security best practices.
- Services shall include the collection, handling, and onsite shredding of paper records and, when requested, approved media designated for destruction.
- Typical service frequency is 5–6 shredding visits per year, including quarterly destructions, one employee shred event, and occasional municipal court purges.
