The vendor is required to provide on an as needed basis, process agency direct mail programs including, but not limited to, processing of mail lists provided by agency, printing of mailers with variable data, folding of tri-fold calendars, and delivering the final mail ready pieces to the us postal service for mailing.
- Provide various printing needs for agency properties.
- Printing needs include, but are not limited to, posters, signage, vinyl banners, envelopes, various NCR 3-part forms, menus, die-cut signs/passes, brochures, business cards, notepads with letterhead.
- The ability to provide printing capabilities that include, but are not limited to, foil printing (metallic, overlays, underlays), soft touch coating, textured laminate overlays (spot and raised for pattern and texture), die-cutting, embossing/ debossing, and customized envelopes and seals.
- Proofs: proofs must be provided and vendor is required to receive written approval of proof by authorized agency representative prior to final print.
- Delivery to USPS: upon completion of direct mail jobs, the vendor is responsible for delivering all items to USPS.
- The agency of the graphic design items to print the same onto the promotional items that will also be provided by the selected proposer(s).
- Contract Period/Term: 3 years
