Printing Services

The Vendor is required to provide for comprehensive printing services.
- Provide reliable, high quality, cost-effective services with a fast turnaround and local availability.
- Printing Products and Services Requested
• Marketing and outreach materials: flyers, brochures, posters, banners, signage, a-frame signs.
• Internal and official communications: business forms, memos, newsletters, certificates, letterhead, envelopes, business cards, and ballot printing.
• Specialty items: award certificates, labels, large-format signage, financial reports (e.g., annual budget books.
• Finishing services: binding (perfect binding, saddle-stitched, comb, spiral, and thermal binding), folding, trimming, packaging and mounting lamination.
- Volume and frequency
• Projects range from small jobs for internal use to items for large public-facing campaigns.
• Orders may be placed weekly, monthly, or on-demand. 
• Some projects, such as the annual county directory or older adult services encore newsletter or resource guides, might be scheduled and often include larger print runs. (Encore is usually ~240k labeled copies delivered direct to mail).
• Vendors should expect runs of up to 10,000 pieces per quarter for some items.
- Performance standards
• High standards for print quality, color fidelity, and consistency.
• Proofing options must include digital and/or physical proofs, determined on a per-project basis and in communication and consultation with county representative and printer.
• Clear customer service protocols and issue resolution processes.
• Sustainability: use of recycled paper and eco-friendly inks preferred.
• Prompt and efficient communication with county representative(s) from printer or printer’s designee. 
• Accurate, efficient and detailed replies expected within one business day or less.
