• The SEM uses a ceb6 source or a source with the same or better capabilities and lifetime or equal 
• The SEM has adjustable accelerating voltages which include 5kv to 20kv capability or equal 
• The SEM has at least a 100mmx100mm sample size capability or equal 
• The SEM stage can travel enough for at least a 100 mm x 100 mm scan area or equal 
• The SEM has at least 0.1 to 60 pa adjustable vacuum capability with vacuum pump(s) included or equal

• The SEM has secondary electron detection (SED) and energy dispersive x-ray spectroscopy (EDS, aka EDX) upgrade options available or included or equal 
• The SEM has automated SEM/EDS option available or included or equal 
• EDS detector capable of detecting boron to americium and EDS elemental identification software or equal 
• The SEM has real time EDS mapping over live BSD imaging or equal 
• The SEM has automated image mapping and stitching capability or equal
