The Vendor is required to provide complete environmental services for a wide range of environmental projects/emergencies including assessment/investigation activities (e.g. site assessments, affected property assessment reports), soil and groundwater decontamination and monitoring, response action plans, landfill permitting and closure.
- These may range from minor site clean-up to major facility remediation.
- Projects may also require design works, which may include engineering, architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical.
- Works for a construction material testing laboratory for all agency managed construction projects may be needed.
- This includes having these items in personal vehicles of on-site employees.
- Tobacco products are strictly prohibited on the agency units but are allowed in the personal vehicles of on-site employees or in designated smoking areas.
