Environmental Consulting Services

The vendor is required to provide environmental consulting, engineering, and permitting services.
• Conduct annual environmental and energy compliance review for all agency facilities.
• Support agency in the management of their spill prevention control and countermeasure plan (SPCC).
- ensure plan is up to date and meets requirements of 40 CFR 112.
• Develop annual EPCRA tier ii reports.
• Consult with agency management to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations to include but not limited to the clean water act (CWA), natural resources and environmental protection act, and emergency planning and community right to know act (EPCRA).
• Conduct annual SPCC training for required personnel.
• Support agency air quality management and reporting to include compliance with state administration, state agency, state deep bureau of air management,

• State deep industrial storm water general permit consulting
• EPCRA tier ii reporting
• Remediation design and oversight
• Industrial storm water plans.
