Environmental Sampling Oversight and Monitoring Services

The vendor is required to provide environmental oversight, sampling, and reporting services which shall include but are not limited to one or a combination of the following disciplines.
1. Environmental sampling
• Sediment
• Soil
• Industrial and construction stormwater
• Industrial and construction wastewater
• Biosolids
• Groundwater
• Surface water
• Indoor air – ambient and/or sub-slab
• Soil vapor
• Drinking water
• Landfill gas monitoring
• Waste characterization
2. Construction environmental oversight
• Soil borings
• Well and soil vapor probe installations and decommissions
• Excavation of contaminated media
• Sampling and monitoring of wastewater and stormwater systems such as construction dewatering and treatment systems 3. Environmental site assessments according to the current advancing standards transforming markets (ASTM) standard
• Phase 1 ESA on potential city property acquisitions and/or city owned properties
4. Monitoring and operation and maintenance of remediation systems
• Including landfill gas monitoring as well as associated sampling including but not limited to air effluent discharge and vapor sampling
• Water effluent discharge sampling
• Any other effluent discharge sampling, as needed
5. Permit compliance monitoring and sampling per applicable regulations
• Stormwater sampling
• Leak and illicit discharge detection and tracing
• Industrial wastewater sampling
• Other permits as needed.
