The vendor is required to provide to environmental consulting of hazardous building materials beyond of campus planning and facilities (CPF).
- Hazardous building materials under this include:
• Asbestos.
• Lead.
• Silica.
• Mercury.
• Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBS).
• Mold.
- Operational hazardous materials surveys to assess, sample, and enhance agency hazardous materials inventory.
- Project hazardous materials consulting services (including investigation, procurement specification preparation and project abatement management services) including:
• Applying to work safe state for a notice of project. 
• Project management of abatement work including following exposure control plan and safe work procedures compliant with state occupational health and safety regulation and arrangements for air quality monitoring.
- Contract Period/Term: 3 years
