Construct Main Gate Canopy

Enclosed is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for project # WHAY202001, Construct Main Gate Canopy.  If you would like to submit a quotation, please follow the instructions in the attached SF 1442 document for proper submission of all required documents.

Quotations are due 05 June, 2026 at 11:00AM EST.  All quotes and associated documents must be in English.  Incomplete quotes will not be accepted.

A pre-proposal conference and site visit has been scheduled for 20 May 2026 at 10:00AM EST.  The conference will convene at the Civil Engineering Squadron Conference Room, Building # 207 located at the 105th Airlift Wing, Stewart ANGB, One Maguire Way, Newburgh, NY 12550-5075.  All attendees must pre-register for the conference.  Instructions for pre-registering can be found in the attached SF 1442 solicitation document.

All offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at prior to submittal of their quote as prescribed under RFO FAR 4.203-1(b). Failure to be registered at time of quote submission may deem the offeror’s quote to be considered non-responsive and eliminated from any further award consideration. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement.
