Dover AFB - Hangar Door Plug

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. AT THIS TIME, THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT SOLICITING FOR QUOTATIONS, BIDS, OR PROPOSALS. Description: The 736 Aircraft Maintenance Squadron at Dover AFB requires a custom-fitted hangar door plug for Hangar 714 North to create an effective thermal and weather seal around a C-17 fuselage within the C-5 sized aperture of the hangar. This system will include a bolt-on Keder rail system for mounting the inflatable plug to the hangar door, a high-strength and fire-retardant fabric material for the door plug, and an electric blower to inflate the system. Please see the draft Statement of Work (SOW) below for more details. Deliverables: In an email to the POCs in this Sources Sought, please submit a Capability Statement outlining any applicable qualifications or relevant past acquisitions/contracts. Additionally, provide your CAGE code, your recommended NAICS code for this type of acquisition, and any additional insight into this product which may help improve the Government's understanding of this acquisition.
