Preventive Maintenance Service for Elevators

Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Seoul, Korea requires preventive maintenance services for four (4) elevators in Chancery, and one (1) hydraulic freight elevator, one (1) electric ADA (wheelchair) lift in the Annex compound. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the Contracting Officer. The Government plans to issue the solicitation in June 2026. The solicitation will be posted on the SAM.gov -no paper copies will be made available. Please see the RFQ for the actual response date and for specific quotation requirements.
