Ice Machine Preventive Maintenance

Requirement is for Ice Machine Preventive Maintenance at the Colmery O'Neil VA Medical Center, located at 2200 Gage Blvd Topeka, KS 66622 and Junction City CBOC. This solicitation is for base year with 4 Option Years 07/01/2026 to 06/30/2031. These services will be performed as detailed within the Performance Work Statement. This solicitation is being issued as a Total Set-Aside for SDVOSB concerns. If award cannot be made, the solicitation will be cancelled and the requirement resolicited. Important: Please refer to Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 instructions to Offerors for additional instructions. Questions due 06/12/2026 and will be posted on an amendment. Offers are due by 15:00pm CST on 06/18/26. No late bids will be accepted.
