86FSS has a requirement to get a dishwasher replaced at the CDC because the correct one broke and is no longer functional. A mandatory site visit will be held on 23rd June to ensure all vendors understand the requirement fully and can give a realistic quote. This is necessary to ensure that a smooth transition is established and that the dishwasher becomes operational again. Participation in the site visit is required to be eligible for award. Work shall include removal and disposal of current dishwasher and the installation of the new dishwasher IAW with the provided specifications. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Award shall be based on all or none and best value to the government. Quotes will be evaluated on price and offeror's ability to meet the delivery and specification requirements of this RFQ as appropriate. Only new equipment will be accepted. Re- manufactured or grey market items will not be accepted. All items must include a manufacturer's warranty and be stated in their quote. The Government intends to award without discussions but reserves the right to enter discussions with offerors as deemed appropriate by the Contracting Officer. The Government reserves the right to conduct interchanges with offerors as deemed appropriate by the Contracting Officer.
